Contributed to multiple user experience initiatives across Al Rajhi Bank’s digital ecosystem. Focused on enhancing key journeys, evaluating partner products (like Emkan, Al Rajhi Capital, and Takaful Al Rajhi), and delivering actionable insights through research and audits.

  • Conducted user interviews and usability testing to evaluate key flows

  • Ran A/B tests to validate design decisions and gather behavioral data

  • Used tools like Lookback and Lusna for remote testing and observation

  • Extracted insights that led to reducing screen count and improving flow logic

  • Performed sentiment analysis on user feedback from app stores and social media to identify pain points and prioritize UX issues
