The absence of entertainment apps for office environments presents a challenge. To tackle this, I'm developing "Happy Office" a mobile app for office managers to create an enjoyable work environment. It enables reservations for various in-company and external activities, boosting employee satisfaction, productivity, and collaboration.

My research goal is to understand the types of entertainment office managers currently utilize apps for booking, as well as the specific entertainment needs of their employees. Additionally, I aim to identify the goals office managers have in mind when reserving entertainment for their staff. By obtaining these insights, I will be able to develop my application in a manner that effectively meets their requirements and ensures their satisfaction.

My user research involved qualitative analysis through interviews with office managers who encountered challenges in finding entertainment apps. Additionally, I conducted a quantitative survey with a sample size of two individuals. By employing both methods, I gained valuable insights into user needs and preferences, which will inform the development of my application.

Based on the research findings, office managers currently utilize entertainment applications on a weekly basis to break the routine of employees, boost motivation, and ultimately enhance productivity. However, existing applications lack diversity in activities and fail to cater to the needs of all employees. Therefore, my focus will be on developing an application that addresses these shortcomings and provides a wide range of activities to meet the needs of all employees.
